We use only a few strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to resume your chat, plus browser storage for conveniences like saving your order form draft. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the service to work and can't be switched off in our systems:

nph_session: keeps you signed in to Track my order after you enter your email code. Expires after 7 days. HttpOnly and Secure.
nph_chat: lets a live-chat conversation continue when you return. Expires after 30 days. Signed, HttpOnly and Secure.
nph_admin: staff sign-in for the admin dashboard only. Expires after 8 hours.

2. Browser storage

We also store a few preferences in your browser (not sent to our servers with every request):

Order form draft: autosaves your progress so you don't lose it if you refresh. Cleared when you submit.
Theme preference (light, dark or system) and chat sound preference.
A per-session counter so the recent-activity notice appears at most 5 times and stays hidden after you dismiss it.

3. Analytics and advertising

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this page.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and chat from working, but you can still browse the site and place orders.
