Payment policy

1. Prices and quotes

Your price comes from our published price list: academic level, deadline, assignment type, page count and spacing, plus any optional extras you choose, less a valid coupon. The order form shows every part of the price before you place your order, and our server checks the same total when you submit it.

Prices are in US dollars. Title pages and reference lists are included and are not counted as pages.

2. Ways to pay

Once you place your order, you can pay in either of these ways:

• Pay with PayPal or card: the button on your payment page, which the Pay now button in your order confirmation email also opens. Use your PayPal account or a debit or credit card on PayPal's secure checkout.
• PayPal invoice: we also email you a PayPal invoice for the same amount, which you can pay later from the email with PayPal or a card.

3. Pay only once

The button and the invoice are two ways to pay the same order, so pay only one of them. When you pay with the button, the invoice is cancelled automatically. If an order is ever paid twice, we refund the extra payment in full through PayPal.

4. Card security

Card details are entered on PayPal, never on our website, and we never see or store them. We receive only the payment status from PayPal, such as paid, pending or refunded.

5. When work starts

Work starts once PayPal confirms your payment, and your deadline counts from that moment. If PayPal holds a payment for review, we start as soon as PayPal releases it. Your order page always shows the current payment status.

6. Coupons and discounts

One coupon can be used per order. Enter it on the review step, or when a promotion is running its coupon may already be applied for you. The discount appears as its own line, so you see the final total before you place the order.

7. Unpaid orders

An order waits for payment for up to 7 days. After that, the order and its PayPal invoice may be cancelled, at no cost to you. You can place a new order whenever you're ready.

8. Receipts

PayPal emails you a receipt for every payment, and we email you when your payment is received. Both show your order number, and your order page shows the payment status.

9. Currency and fees

We don't add payment fees: you pay the total shown on the review step. If your PayPal account or card uses another currency, PayPal or your bank may convert the amount and may charge for the conversion.

10. Refunds and disputes

Refunds follow our refund policy and are paid back through PayPal to the original payment method. If something is wrong with a payment or an order, please contact us first: most problems are solved faster than through a PayPal dispute.
