How ordering works

2Step 2
Pay your PayPal invoice
Enter your email, review the itemised price, apply a coupon if you have one, and request your invoice. PayPal emails an invoice for the exact amount, which you can pay with a PayPal balance or a debit or credit card.
3Step 3
Track, chat and download
Once paid, a writer starts on your paper. Follow progress on Track my order using a 6-digit email code, message support from your order page, and download the finished files, which are private and scanned for viruses.

How do I check my order status?
Go to Track my order and enter the email you ordered with. We email a 6-digit code that works once and expires in 10 minutes. Enter it to see every order linked to that address, each with a status and timeline.
Can I message support about my order?
Yes. Each order page has its own message thread with our support team, and the live chat on every page connects to the same inbox during chat hours. Outside those hours, leave a message and we'll reply by email.
What if the paper needs changes?
Open the delivered order and choose Request a revision. Explain what needs to change and reference your rubric or instructor feedback. The request is added to your order timeline, and our refund policy explains the revision window.
