Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your email, name and phone number, your order details and files, and messages you send us. Payments happen on PayPal. We don't sell your data, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete it at any time.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following when you use the site:

  • Contact details: your email address, name and phone number, which the order form asks for so we can deliver your order and reach you about it.
  • Order details: university and course (if provided), assignment instructions, files you upload, deadlines and prices.
  • Messages you send through live chat, order threads or the contact form.
  • Technical data used for security and fraud prevention: IP address, browser user agent and timestamps.
  • Payment status from PayPal (for example, that an invoice was paid). We never receive your card details.

2. How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Quote, fulfil and deliver your orders, and send order emails (confirmation, receipt, delivery).
  • Send one-time sign-in codes so you can track your orders without a password.
  • Answer your messages and provide support.
  • Keep the service secure: rate limiting, preventing fraud and investigating abuse.
  • Show anonymised activity (academic level, assignment type, page count, university, course code and whether the order was placed, paid or delivered) unless you opt out on the order form.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it: PayPal (invoicing and payment), our email delivery provider, our hosting, database and file-storage providers, and our error-monitoring provider. Writers see your assignment details and files but not your contact information.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Files are stored privately and served only through signed links that expire within minutes, and uploads are scanned for malware. Payment credentials and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Staff access requires two-factor authentication and is logged.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 3 years to support revisions, refunds, accounting and disputes. Sign-in codes are deleted within a day, session records within 30 days of expiry, and files that were never attached to an order within 7 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We will verify it by sending a code to your email address.

7. Children

The service is intended for college and university students. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
