Yes. Open your order from Track my order to add files or send a message with extra instructions, such as a rubric you forgot or feedback from your instructor. Changes that keep to your original order are free; ones that add pages or new requirements may need a new quote.

After you place your order, the payment page lets you pay straight away with PayPal or a debit or credit card. We may also email you a PayPal invoice for the same amount: pay only one of them. Card details go straight to PayPal, so we never see or store them.

Yes. Open the order from Track my order and use Request a revision to explain what needs to change, referencing your rubric or instructor feedback where you can. The request goes to the same order thread, and the revision policy explains the free revision period and what it covers.

It depends on the size of your order: 14 days after delivery for orders of up to 20 pages or slides, and 30 days for longer orders. Open the order, choose Request a revision and explain what should change. After that, or for new instructions, we quote the change first.

Yes. Revisions are based on the instructions you gave when you ordered. New instructions added after delivery, such as a new topic that changes the whole paper, a different rubric, or extra pages or sources, are new work. We quote the cost before starting, and nothing is charged unless you agree.

There's no fixed number. Within your free revision period, 14 days or 30 days depending on the order's length, you can ask for as many revisions as the paper needs, as long as each request keeps to your original instructions. Clear requests that reference the rubric get the best results.

Yes. An unpaid order costs nothing to cancel: don't pay, or ask us to cancel it. A paid order cancelled before a writer starts is refunded in full. Once work has started, we may offer a partial refund based on the work already done. Message us from your order page.

You can request a partial or full refund if your paper arrives after the deadline and the delay affected your use of it, if it doesn't meet your original instructions and a revision didn't fix it, or if we can't complete your order. Our refund policy explains each case.

Approved refunds go back through PayPal to the account or card you paid with. PayPal usually processes them within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, and your order page shows the refund once PayPal confirms it. We never ask for card details to send a refund.

No one can honestly guarantee a grade, because grading depends on your instructor. What we do guarantee is a paper written to your instructions and rubric, with current sources and correct formatting, plus free revisions within your revision period, and you can request a refund if a revision doesn't fix a problem.
